Reform law needs to be broken apart

Regarding “Supreme Court to review healthcare reform law”:

There are many provisions of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act that could be beneficial to both patient and provider. However, in order to be effective, it must be broken apart and debated on each provision.

There are too many negatives in the 2,700-page bill to stand in its entirety and un-severable.
