CACI International will acquire Advanced Programs Group in a deal expected to close by the end of the month, according to a
CACI news release.
CACI, a defense and intelligence information technology company based in Arlington, Va.,
holds a five-year contract with the U.S. Veterans Affairs Department to support development of the agency's Virtual Lifetime Electronic Record. The company also contracts with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on IT development.
Reston, Va.-based Advanced Programs Group is an information technology management and business IT implementation company. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
CACI announced in September that it had
closed on a deal to acquire IT security company Paradigm Holdings.
