  • Teaching hospitals (200 or more acute-care beds): Hospital name, location and number of years on the list
  • Top 100 Hospitals 2011 Sample
  • Large community hospitals (250 or more acute-care beds): Hospital name, location and number of years on the list
  • Medium-size community hospitals (100-249 acute-care beds): Hospital name, location and number of years on the list
  • Small community hospitals (25-99 acute-care beds): Hospital name, location and number of years on the list
