Regarding “
Federal judge in Fla. stays ruling on reform”:
If the judge initially believed the law was unconstitutional, then he should have stayed with his original decision. Either he believes he's right or not. He is not saying he is wrong. He caved under pressure.
He can state he doesn't like the administrations tactics, but he still caved. So, I believe he wimped out.
