Q: How can my organization participate?

A: To participate, fill out the survey form on behalf of your organization and turn it in before the stated deadline. The survey form will be available here once it is open for participation. You may add your information to our notification database so that you can receive an e-mail directly once the survey is open for participation.

Q: When will the survey open?

A: The 2013 Accountable Care Organizations Survey is scheduled to open April 22.

Q: When is the completed survey form due?

A: The 2013 Accountable Care Organizations Survey is now scheduled to close June 28.

Q: What happens with this survey's results?

Q: When will the results be published?

A: The 2013 Accountable Care Organizations Survey results are slated to appear in the July 29 issue of Modern Healthcare.

Q: How much does it cost to participate?

A: There is no cost to participate in this survey.

Q: Can we still send in information if the deadline has passed?

A: Yes, the link will still be active for you to submit online. However, your information will not be taken into consideration for the survey results. A late submission will not be considered for participation. It will, however, be saved into the database so that it can be accessed for next year's survey.
