Regarding "States urged to scrutinize WellPoint rate hikes":

I think HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius missed the big picture with her quote that state governments re-examine any WellPoint/Anthem rate increases. Let's not just single out WellPoint/Anthem here. How about we re-examine all insurance company rate increases not just them?
