Tibco Software has acquired Foresight Corp., a transaction-automation company serving healthcare payers, for an undisclosed sum.
Columbus, Ohio-based Foresight has more than 400 customers, including Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans in 31 states. Its products aim to reduce administration inefficiencies and validate transactions.
Tibco Software, Palo Alto, Calif., offers a suite of business software products and other services. Foresight founder and CEO Robert Fisher will continue to lead growth and development of Foresight as part of Tibco’s management team.
