Wescoe to direct Motion Picture pension, health plans

David B. Wescoe was named executive administrative director of the Motion Picture Industry Pension and Health Plans, Studio City, Calif., effective Dec. 1, said Arlene Falk Withers, chief administrative and legal officer.
