In an interview with Modern Healthcare Editor David Burda, Mark Neaman, president and CEO of the NorthShore University HealthSystem in Evanston, Ill., discusses how a federal antitrust decision against the system in 2007 has affected NorthShore's expansion plans. Neaman also offers some advice to other healthcare CEOs whose mergers or acquisitions could draw federal antitrust scrutiny. Transcript is available here.
