This list includes the following data points:
- Major teaching hospitals: Hospital name, location and number of years on the list
- Teaching hospitals (200 or more acute-care beds): Hospital name, location and number of years on the list
- Large community hospitals (250 or more acute-care beds): Hospital name, location and number of years on the list
- Medium-size community hospitals (100-249 acute-care beds): Hospital name, location and number of years on the list
- Small community hospitals (25-99 acute-care beds): Hospital name, location and number of years on the list
