Not-for-profit, 60 bed rural hospital located approximately 60 miles south of Kansas City in Butler, Missouri is seeking candidates for CEO to provide executive leadership and oversight for clinical, operational, and administrative duties of hospital and medical clinics with gross revenue budget of $90 million. Works closely with Board of Directors comprised of local residents. Position requires high level of integrity, sense of mission and proven leadership skills. Candidate requires Master’s Degree in hospital administration or business administration with three to five years’ experience in hospital leadership. Exceptional physician relations and team-building skills.

Requires relocating to Bates County and become actively engaged in the community. Deadline June 1, 2013.
