Manager of Ambulatory Services


We are seeking an individual to manage ambulatory care activities for our Department of Urology. You will provide oversight and management for the Clark Urological Center, the Clark-Morrison Childrenís Urological Center, the Frank Clark Urology Center in Santa Monica and a number of satellite clinics. You will be responsible for strategic development of ambulatory operations, with direct responsibility for administrative functions that support clinical services, including scheduling, space utilization, patient registration and use of facilities.

To qualify for this role, you must have knowledge of accreditation and regulatory standards governing ambulatory care facilities in an academic medical setting. You should also have proficiency in process improvement, system design and change management and experience in human resources management, including recruitment, training and employee relations. Strong leadership, problem-solving and time management skills are essential. A Bachelorís degree is required. A Masterís degree (MHA, MPH or MBA) is preferred.
